yum mirrors for fedora

Use the yum fastestmirror plugin. It searches the mirror list and selects
the fastest one for you. The closest one is not always the fastest one.

I also recommend the yum-skip-broken, yum-merge-conf, and yum-utils
plugins. *Read* about how to use them.
