Is It possibel to have xawtv on Fedora 7 ?

For all Fedora releases and the last few Red Hat Linux releases, the
correct command would be rpmbuild, not rpm.

Probably you read the old documentation (Maximum RPM?).  Too bad there
isn't comprehensive current documentation for RPM as far as I know.
