Window won't go away

Here in KDE, I go to Control Center -> Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard 
Shortcuts -> Shortcut schemes -> Global shortcuts -> Miscellaneous -> Kill 
Window.
The names in the above path may be slightly different, as I'm translating from 
Portuguese.
