nVidia drivers

I experienced this a few times before when installing FC6 on some of
my friends' computers (I thought it was an installation error I've
done somewhere )

my solution was to install a different/older kernel .. boot into it ..
and reinstall the new kernel ...

or perhaps this is a bug
