gnupg2 : how to setup gpg-agent ?

Hello,

I installed gnupg & gnupg2 and copied  
file '/etc/kde/env/gpg-agent-startup.sh'	into ~/.kde.env/ 
The daemon '/usr/bin/gpg-agent -s --daemon' is running as I 
configure 'use-agent' into gpg.conf.

However I have to re-enter passphrase for every email signature.
How to setup ggp-agent ?
