ftp://people.redhat.com connection refused

Does ftp://people.redhat.com still work?  I'm trying to get a script from a
user account there (ckloiber/migrate_users.sh, fwiw), but I get "connection
refused".  Trying http returns 404, but the user's page /is/ there (and
links to ftp).  I'm wondering if the ftp is down temporarily, or not
available anymore, and possibly someone here will know.
