Problem with header file when updating

Hello there,   I just did a "yum update" for the oldtimer and I got the
following error:   warning: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: Header V3 DSA signature:
NOKEY, key ID 35571ae2     

Does this mean that the key needs to be imported if so how are gpg keys
imported I remember about half the command but forgot the rest.  Thanks
much.
