Getting started with 'mutt' ??

man muttrc seems to have the information I need, however, there is not a
clear object definition.  I assume 'status' is the bottom line, but what
is the top line called? 'index'??

Well, I will set up a .muttrc, change the colours for 'status' and
'index' and see what happens.
