Whew, that's a really open ended one.  Look at your DNS settings, try 
doing a ping or traceroute to the sites you can't get to and see what 
happens.  This really sounds like a strange routing problem at the new 
ISP, I don't see that it's your system, per se.  At least I wouldn't 
think so in this case.
