dkms detected the new kernel and built my nvidia module while rebooting into
the new kernel
when I tried to build the new vmware module, I got the following:

Execution aborted.

To my untrained eye, it looks like errors in the vmware script "expected
declaration specifiers...." but I've been using this same script to build new
modules for the past several months. Does anyone spot anything that could be
causing this?
