Ipod software/experience

It'll crash even if I plug in after I've started RB. It turns out to
be caused by specific MP3 file. I copied this mp3 file to desktop and
if I try to play it in RB, RB crashes.

You can download the MP3 file and try to play it yourself:

It'll work in Audacious.
