"librpm4.4" is not a Fedora package. Probably it's from ATrpms. Google
returns a few reports where users have been hit like that.

Fedora includes the "rpm-libs" package, so replacing or upgrading RPM
and related packaging tools to unofficial versions is like playing
with fire.
