disable kernel updates

Should be easy, just add 'exclude=kernel*' at the end of the repo definition.
In other words, edit /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates.repo and in the section
updates (follows [updates], before [updates-debuginfo]) add this line:
exclude=kernel*
