Ok, I did:
wget
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bugs/FC6Common?action=AttachFile\&do=get\&target=kernel-fix.sh
Install/reboot/etc.
and modprobe gspca
and then I see the following in lsmod:
lsmod

I still don't see a /dev/video but this appears to be a step forward
anyway.
