Everyone is assuming you are asking what language to use to build a Web
site. Was that your question? You say you have a domainname. Do you have
a machine that DNS servers are sent to at that domainname? Do you
control that machine or is it hosted by an outside hosting company?

In my opinion what language you should use is the least of your
problems.
