Stupid question -- did you do yum upgrade or yum install?

You have to have something screwed up with your repos:

[matej at hubmaier ~]$ rpmq-arch kernel-xen
kernel-xen-2.6.20-1.2948.fc6.x86_64
[matej at hubmaier ~]$ 

Do you have fedora-updates enabled?
