Nautilus send-to not working over bluetooth

Yep, it's broken unfortunately. I get exactly the same issue. You can 
however use it from the command line by doing the following:

gnome-obex-send --dest=<BDADDR> <file>

You have to use the hardware address of the bluetooth device you want to 
send to, but typing

hcitool scan

...will list them.

No the patch has not made it in yet.

The package in question is gnome-bluetooth. As for a timescale i have no 
  idea, it's up to the maintainer I suppose. However there's an 
interesting entry for the package in bugzilla which mentions that the 
maintainer was told not to include a newer version of the package.
