The same as any NTP service.  Fire up system-configure-date and use the
AD server as your clock source, or edit the files in /etc/ntp and put
it in there.

BTW, it's best if you use the AD server as your sole clock source, as
the Windows authentication stuff is based on Kerberos and uses the date
and time as part of the ticket generation.  If the Linux box gets out
of sync by as little as 5 minutes (300 seconds), authentication won't
work.
