Yes.

chitlesh(~)[0]$ whereis kopete
kopete: /usr/bin/kopete

chitlesh(~)[0]$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/kopete
kdenetwork-3.5.6-1.1

kopete comes from kdenetwork.

You can install kdenetwork with :
yum install kdenetwork
or search for kdenetwork with yumex or pirut.
