Since no array exists, you need to "create array". Since you only have a 2
port card your only choices will be RAID 0 or RAID 1. Since you seem to
want a mirror you should select RAID 1.

The documents for your card should be on the CD that came with it. If you
don't have the CD then you should go to:
http://www.3ware.com/support/userdocs.asp
The cli (command line interface) "tw_cli" is also on your CD and needs to be
compiled and installed.

The setting for that is available via the "alt+3" (BIOS) method as well as
the command line interface.
