Get them to edit their personal "sessions" preferences, unticking the
SELinux trouble shooter in the list of "startup programs".

There's other things they can disable from there, if they don't need
them, to make their logon a bit quicker to finish, amongst other
tweaking possibilities it provides.

(This computer runs FC7, my others run FC4, FC5 & FC6, in case that's
 important to the thread.)

Don't send private replies to my address, the mailbox is ignored.
