That's the command line name for it. If installed, that'll run it. If
not, yum install it. It sets things per user, run it as yourself (not
as root, as that'd only affect the root user's settings).
It shows up in the Gnome menus under "system tools" as "configuration
(This computer runs FC7, my others run FC4, FC5 & FC6, in case that's
important to the thread.)
