Boot hangs at UDEV

Just out of curiosity...

What happens if/when you do a ctrl-c(d) at the udev hanging step...

OT. Have you filed a bug report about it?
Assuming that this is a kernel issue (and not a firmware issue) this
should be fixes ASAP.
