Python 2.5 in F8 has no module "test"

The tests/ dir was intentionally removed. I don't know why.  It does
seem like it would be useful to folks who were writing new python
modules intended to be included in the main python release, at least.

Perhaps you could check bugzilla to see if someone already brought up
the removal of the tests?  If not, file a bug asking for it to be
restored in python-devel or even in it's own subpackage.
