Fedora 8 Wireless Networking Out-Of-The-Box

I just installed Fedora 8 on my laptop - an older Sony - with a Belkin
(Atheros chip) pcmcia wifi card and it works out of the box - well, it
did take a little tweaking.

Here is my lspci for comparison:

Fedora saw my card during the boot process but didn't obtain an IP
address. I had to set the wireless channel to match my router and start
the NetworkManager service. The data light on the card doesn't blink
when sending or receiving data but other than that, everything seems ok.
