It might be as simple as:
modprobe iptable_nat
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth1 -j MASQUERADE
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
but if you have to ask the question, you might be better off with one of
the appliance systems that do this for you along with a lot of other
things - like SME server or Clarkconnect.
