One solution that worked well for me, was to grab the Fedora 8
nspluginwrapper src.rpm package and rebuild it for Fedora 7 and install
that. That got me up and running with 32bit flash-plugin in 64bit firefox.

On Fedora 8/x86_64, nspluginwrapper appears to be installed by default.
After installing Adobe's flash rpm, I just had to run
"mozilla-plugin-config" once and restart firefox. Flash seems to work
like a charm so far at least for youtube videos.

Hope this helps.
