Installing DVD iso

I can verify that loop mounting the DVD .iso so that it can be
served out by your web server, and booting from a memory stick
formatted with the bootdisk.img works fine. I have not tried the NFS
or FTP install, or using the .iso file instead of the loop mounted
tree, but I suspect the serving out the loop mounted .iso would work
with NFS and FTP just as well as HTML. (I didn't want the memory/CPU
usage of decoding the .iso image on the system I am installing on.)
