Gimp 2.4.0 in F7

The yum command doesn't work yet but downloading and installing from koji did.

It installs and runs well. The only problem I have seen so far is with
the heal-clone option.  Defining your clone source and just clicking
will do a spot heal the size of your brush but click and dragging just
makes a mess.
