F7. Which package provides chrt now schedutils not available

I'm getting realtime working on various distro's. It's working ok on Fedora7,
and Debian Etch.

On Etch, when I installed rtirq, schedutils was a dependency, and included in
schedutils is chrt.

Schedutils isn't on synaptic's list on Fedora 7, but when I installed
planetccrma-core, which installed the realtime kernel, rtirq, and some other
bits, there was no complaint when installing rtirq about the missing
dependency "schedutils".

Being a bit confused about this, I looked in /usr/bin, and chrt is there.
Obviously some other package is providing chrt, but how do I find out which
package provided it?

I tried a few query options with rpm, but without success.

Thanks for any help.

Nigel.
