F7. Which package provides chrt now schedutils not available

Doh. As soon as I saw util-linux, I realised that while googling schedutils 
the other day, that schedutils had been replaced by util-linux, and the 
various tools from schedutils were now incorporated in it.

Thanks for the rpm query line though, I'll keep a note of that.
