Where to report bugs against the fedora repository ?

Alternatively, I'd choose product "Fedora", component "distribution"
or "fedora-release" in bugzilla.

The Fedora Infrastructure ticketing system, on the contrary, is only
for people with an account in the Fedora Account System.
