Both kernels went bad; can I reinstall from rescue mode?

    Yes. When you get to the step where it finds the F7 partition it 
will tell you how to use chroot and then you can copy the kernel on the 
rescue cd to your computer.

    Out of curiosity, how did you loose your kernels?
