Mostly. The last two numbers should be 1 2. The / partition needs to be
mounted before the partition mount points off of /
Example from my file.
LABEL=/ / ext3 defaults 1 1
LABEL=/home /home ext3 defaults 1 2
LABEL=/boot /boot ext3 defaults 1 2
