Fedora 7: a problem with ntp ?

As I remember, during installation there was an option to set selinux
to permissive mode or to disable it. I choose 'Disable'.
Anyway, now I have 'selinux=0' parameter in grub.conf, so it should be
disabled.

I don't know either... Above I provided all the logs regarding ntpd.
There's nothing special, really... It's almost the same as on my
Fedora Core 6 machine, except that ntp here is not getting synced...
