One other thing.

If you do install kmod-nvidia you might consider installing yum-fedorakmod as 
well.

> yum install yum-fedorakmod

Its a useful yum plugin that effectively blocks kernel updates until all the 
various kmod packages you use are also available for that kernel. Will 
prevent situations where you get a new kernel installed before the nvidia 
graphics driver support is available.
