How best get rid of SELinux?

The problem is that SELinux code invades many core components. It's not
a matter of simply picking packages and leaving the SELinux ones out.
It's more a matter of recompiling those components (including the
kernel) without SELinux parts.

However, I've yet to see any real evidence (Mr. McCarty's repeated claim
notwithstanding) that those parts are actually taking up cycles if
SELinux is disabled.
