scroll wheel w/ vi, man, etc

For the first time, for me, the scroll wheel does work when viewing man
pages (in gnome-terminal).  I'd seen a friend do that when he played
with FC5, but until FC7, it never happened for me.  I don't know why.

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5.  Today, it's FC7.
