FC7: NFS Server

Thanks guys.  Posted on this problem on 9/12 but apparently didn't ask the right question.  The command
	service nfs restartgets me going.
I still need to know why it didn't start the service automatically on the system boot.  Do I need the explicit declaration in the hosts.allow file for my clients like Aldo's?
