FC7 / Typo3 Problems....

I know this is not directly a FC problom, but maybe somebody can help me get this fixed or at the very least in the right direction! 

Typo3 install worked fine until shortly. Suddenly the backend shows a blank screen (firefox) or a 500 error (IE).
Now i even get a blank page on the front end side as well. 

MySQL works, PHP works, Apache works.... where could be the problem?!?
