Looking for a good and full up-to-date mirror

Hi, I'm looking for a good mirror for sync my local repository with it.

For example a mirror that contain the new version of:

 - php-5.2.4-1.fc7.i386.rpm (release 2007-09-18 22:32:19)
 - kernel-2.6.22.7-85.fc7.i686.rpm (release 2007-09-25 08:29:28)
 - ... and other package update.

Please, someone (if able) can show me a good http/ftp/rsync link of this
place?

I have found some mirror with new php
(http://ftp.rhnet.is/pub/fedora/linux/updates/7/)
but the kernel is not last....

... and other mirror with new kernel
(http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/7)
but without new php
