ZendOptimizer breaks Apache/PHP

Hi,

I am using Fedora 8 running Apache and PHP.

I need ZendOptimizer to run a template that was encoded with Zen, so I
installed ZendOptimizer 3.3.3 (the version available for download from
Zend).
However, when I run PHP scripts under Apache most of the times nothing
appears on the browser and, the error_log shows a seg fault.

For example, I can't even run phpmyadmin.

Any idea ?
