machine is freezing all the time, cannot do anything

I think you need to run those memory tests for something like 8 - 12 
hours unless your saying it froze after an hour and a half. The CPU temp 
is certainly something to check as well. How much of a monster is that 
video card? What kind of power supply do you have?
