I have gotten calls from people using one of the SIP clients, I think 
linphone. My impression is that you can use that and get an account with 
Skype or other InetPhone vendor to call other users. Perhaps someone 
will provide additional info, it's on my to-do list, but under "when 
needed" where it may sit until HFO.
