F9 - Network interface disabled after each reboot

That's because Network Mangler is relatively new.

The Conventional Wisdom is that you can use NM *or*
system-config-network, but that you shouldn't mix them. I found that
everything worked if I just didn't touch it, but not everyone has had
the same experience.
