Do you need Internet access to install the Live CD? No, but you need it
to update the system and install all the stuff that doesn't fit on the
CD. Of course you also have to get the CD from somewhere, i.e. download
the corresponding .iso file and burn it to a blank CD. There are
instructions on the Fedora web page.
