I have now tried all your examples, but to no luck. The errors was as
follows:

1a. [errno 4] I0Error: <urlopen error (-3, 'Temporary failure in name
resolution')> Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml)
for repository updates. Please verify path and try again

b) vesa resolution..
Nothing happened, and the use of f7 does not work, but that it
has newer done! Will the redolution be there after reboot? (As that is
the only way for me to enter graphic mode).

2a) No such file or directory!!

b) yum -y install...
     Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f9&arch=x86-64
error was [Errno 4] I0Error <urlopen error (-3 'Temporary failurr in
name resolution')>

About the "Remove the xorg.conf and create a new one with nvidia
utils..." I have no idea on how to do that.. But I suspect that it
cannot be done without me beeing able to download the nvidia driver
anyway..

I really am stuck now, and is almost tempted to rip out the nvidia
card and go without it, but not tempted enough yet;)

Kind regards:
