Sandesh,

Open up a terminal, and type 
$ su -
passwd:
# wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf

should scan and find a device /dev/tty??? that you can use as a modem port.  Is that what you are looking for

Or are you looking for accessing data files on the phone?
