yum --security update misses known security updates

Hello,

On Fedora 10, when running yum --security update to apply security
updates to my system, java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.0-7.b12.fc10 is not
listed, although PackageKit indicates that the java-1.6.0-openjdk has
a security update available.

I've run yum clean all, and have rerun yum --security update and
java-1.6.0-openjdk is not listed as a security update.

Any ideas on this one?
Is this a known yum bug?
