OK, I tried, several times. The old choice "install in text mode"
is gone.

Right after the ISOLINUX, a line flashes -- for at most a second
-- and you can't even see what the things in square brackets are, let
alone what's supposed to happen if you manage to make it do whatever
they're supposed to do.

Is there a way to make it pause there, and become worth having??

If there's any option anywhere to type in "linux text," it's well
hidden.

Hitting the tab on the "install or upgrade" and adding "init3"
doesn't work either, btw. It gets a little further, but still hits the
"signal oiu

Nor does "system-config-display" after "chroot /mnt/sysimage."

Is there a way to do that from "chroot /mnt/sysimage"??
